Meng Samet has worked as a hair stylist since 1995; in 2016, he established KBL Hair Style & Salon in Phnom Penh with two co-owners Yann  Sokhuoch and Phuong Sophal.

 

When designing the barber and salon, Yann Sokhuoch were inspired by the imagination of making genius hair style for people, the Kingdom of Billionaire League for short, KBL.

 

In that tradition, KBL Hair Style & Salon offers clients a chance to relax and enjoy the care of highly skilled staff - creative experts who are passionate about their craft. We work with each client to enhance their natural beauty, helping to define their unique style using the latest techniques and services.

 

We exclusively stock Davines, a complete line of sustainable hair care products from Italy. Our staff will provide you with the know-how to keep that salon fresh look and feel every day.
